　　(AP Photo)June 10, 2010 -- -- Jennifer Lopez was seen in Times Square today helping the kids. One of the latest celebrities who are promoting the positive activities of the Boys & Girls Clubs, Lopez is allowing her image, as a kid, to be on the billboards.

　　The first billboard for her campaign is in the heart of Times Square. The Simple billboard stresses the importance of the organization and why people need to get involved. Jennifer Lopez’s first start in the Boys and Girls Club was Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club in the Bronx. She found her first love of music in this setting and wanted to encourage others to be part of this organization.

　　Having a billboard in Times Square is an honor for anyone in the entertainment business. Allowing the Boys and Girls Clubs of America to use her image to help other kids who need a start in the arts, business or to get off of the streets is a wonderful thing to do.
